Kratki opis projekta:

Provedba projekta obuhvaća aktivnosti istraživanja i razvoja u svrhu dokazivanja inovativnog koncepta za vlastiti proizvod – linijski skener za precizno mjerenje dimenzija i detekciju velikoplošnih proizvoda u proizvodnji. Radi se o sustavu za kontrolu kvalitete koji će korisnicima omogućiti višu razinu efikasnosti i produktivnosti  proizvodnog procesa, smanjenje broja reklamacija i troškova proizvodnje, racionalniju i sigurniju internu manipulaciju repromaterijalom, poluproizvodima i gotovim proizvodima.

Projektne aktivnosti odnose se na:

• realizaciju prototipnog stroja
• istraživanje, razvoj i demonstraciju tehničke funkcionalnosti i izvedivosti prototipa
• analizu tržišta i
• suradnju s Tehnloškim parkom Varaždin u procesu upravljanja inovacijskim ciklusom.

Ciljevi i očekivani rezultati projekta:

Projekt se provodi s ciljem jačanja konkurentske pozicije Korisnika na nacionalnom i europskom tržištu. Naime, uspješna provedba projekta i dokazivanje inovativnog koncepta omogućit će nam:

• ispunjavanje preduvjeta za razvoj vlastitog funkcionalnog proizvoda spremnog za komercijalizaciju u roku od pet godina nakon završetka provedbe projekta te
• jačanje vlastitih razvojnih i inovativnih kapaciteta ključnih za uspostavu nove vrste poslovanja – razvoj i prodaju vlastitih proizvoda.

Short Description of the Project:
The project implementation includes research and development activities aimed at validating an innovative concept for an in-house product – a line scanner for precise measurement of dimensions and defect detection of large-area products in manufacturing. This is a quality control system designed to enable users to achieve higher levels of efficiency and productivity in the manufacturing process, reduce the number of complaints and production costs, and facilitate more rational and safer internal handling of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products.

The project activities focus on:

• realization of a prototype machine,
• research, development, and demonstration of the technical functionality and feasibility of the prototype,
• market analysis, and
• collaboration with the Technology Park Varaždin in managing the innovation cycle.

Project Goals and Expected Results:
The project aims to strengthen the User's competitive position in the national and European markets. Specifically, the successful implementation of the project and validation of the innovative concept will enable us to:

• meet the prerequisites for developing a functional in-house product ready for commercialization within five years after project completion, and
• strengthen our development and innovation capacities, which are crucial for establishing a new type of business – the development and sale of in-house products.
